IS THE BOOK OF JAMES
TO AND ABOUT THE NEW CREATURE,
AKA THE "BODY OF CHRIST"? 
let us see:
James 1:1 James,
a servant of God and of the Lord Jesus Christ,
to the twelve tribes
which are scattered abroad, greeting. ( KJB)

YOU ARE NOT SCATTERED,
YOU NOT ABROAD,
YOU NOT PART OF THE 12 TRIBES! THE BOOK OF
JAMES IS THE CONTINUATION OF THE RED LETTERS GOSPELS( M,M,L,J)TO and ABOUT ISRAEL,
nothing to do with THE NEW CREATURE,
aka THE BODY OF CHRIST!

Paul wrote:
Romans 15:4 For whatsoever things were written aforetime were written
for our learning,
that we through patience and comfort of the scriptures might have hope.
Do not let ignorance of the word of truth rightly divided
be a stumbling block to your pressing on
in the proclamation of the Gospel of Grace
according to the revelation of the Mystery !

WE are INSTRUCTED to STUDY the word of TRUTH rightly dividing it.

Study to shew thyself
approved unto God,
a workman
that needeth not to be ashamed,
rightly dividing
the word of truth.

ALL THE BIBLE IS IN FACT THE WORD OF TRUTH,from GENESIS to REVELATION,
no errors,no half truths or half lies,
but PURE TRUTH! 

We find the word of truth expression  5 times in the King James Bible 1769:

Psalms 119:43
And take not the word of truth utterly out of my mouth;
for I have hoped in thy judgments.
2 Corinthians 6:7
By the word of truth, by the power of God,
by the armour of righteousness on the right hand and on the left,

Dispensation is a term found 4 times in the King James Bible 

1 Corinthians 9:17
For if I do this thing willingly, I have a reward: but if against my will, a dispensation of the gospel is committed unto me.
Ephesians 1:10
That in the dispensation of the fulness of times he might gather together in one all things in Christ, both which are in heaven, and which are on earth; even in him:
Ephesians 3:2
If ye have heard of the dispensation of the grace of God which is given me to you-ward:
Colossians 1:25
Whereof I am made a minister, according to the dispensation of God which is given to me for you, to fulfil the word of God;


We follow Paul to follow Christ and Paul uses the "MY GOSPEL" expression 3 times:

according to my gospel, and the preaching of Jesus Christ,
according to the revelation of the mystery,

according to my gospel:
