I believe that GOD wrote a book and it is called THE HOLY BIBLE which is in fact comprised of 66 books from Genesis to Revelation. The King James Holy Bible 1611-1769 defines itself as THE WORD of TRUTH. Psalms 119:43 And take not the word of truth utterly out of my mouth; for I have hoped in thy judgments. 2 Corinthians 6:7 By the word of truth, by the power of God, by the armour of righteousness on the right hand and on the left, Ephesians 1:13 In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise, 2 Timothy 2:15 Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth. James 1:18 Of his own will begat he us with the word of truth, that we should be a kind of firstfruits of his creatures. Our GOD is called THE GOD OF TRUTH Deuteronomy 32:4 He is the Rock, his work is perfect: for all his ways are judgment: a God of truth and without iniquity, just and right is he. Psalms 31:5 Into thine hand I commit my spirit: thou hast redeemed me, O LORD God of truth. Isaiah 65:16 That he who blesseth himself in the earth shall bless himself in the God of truth; and he that sweareth in the earth shall swear by the God of truth; because the former troubles are forgotten, and because they are hid from mine eyes. Our Lord and Saviour JESUS CHRIST, He Himself is THE TRUTH John 14:6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. John 8:32 And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free. Ephesians 4:21 If so be that ye have heard him, and have been taught by him, as the truth is in Jesus: The HOLY SPIRIT also is called THE SPIRIT of TRUTH John 14:17 Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you. John 15:26 But when the Comforter is come, whom I will send unto you from the Father, even the Spirit of truth, which proceedeth from the Father, he shall testify of me: John 16:13 Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come. Romans 3:4 God forbid: yea, let God be true, but every man a liar; as it is written, That thou mightest be justified in thy sayings, and mightest overcome when thou art judged. |
According to The Apostle Paul we live in a present evil world and its "god" is in fact an evil spirit that we know as SATAN,THE DEVIL.
Galatians 1:4
( Christ) Who gave himself for our sins,
that he might deliver us from this present evil world,
according to the will of God and our Father:
( please note the Godhead in Action to deliver mankind from the present evil world.
Christ ( The Son, The Word) gave Himself according to the will of GOD ( The Holy Ghost) and our Father ( God The Father).
1 John 5:7
For there are three that bear record in heaven,
the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost:
and these three are one.
We need to understand that Satan is a fallen cherub, a LIAR and the father of Lies and so he is hiding the truth that GOD is the CREATOR of life and THE SAVIOUR REDEEMER of both ISRAEL and THE BODY OF CHRIST.
As believers we are engaged in a spiritual warfare.
The KJB is very clear:
2 Corinthians 10:3
For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh:
2 Corinthians 10:4
(For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;)
2 Corinthians 10:5
Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ;
Ephesians 6:10 Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might.
Ephesians 6:11 Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.
Ephesians 6:12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.
Ephesians 6:13 Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.
Ephesians 6:14 Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness;
Ephesians 6:15 And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace;
Ephesians 6:16 Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked.
Ephesians 6:17 And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God:
Ephesians 6:18 Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints;
