The earth, according to scripture, does not move: Psa 93:1 The LORD reigneth, he is clothed with majesty; the LORD is clothed with strength, wherewith he hath girded himself: the world also is stablished, that it cannot be moved. Psa 96:10 – Say among the heathen that the LORD reigneth: the world also shall be established that it shall not be moved: he shall judge the people righteously. It cannot be moved because it is anchored to a foundation. Psa 104:5 – Who laid the foundations of the earth, that it should not be removed for ever. Pro 8:29 – When he gave to the sea his decree, that the waters should not pass his commandment: when he appointed the foundations of the earth: Isa 40:21 – Have ye not known? have ye not heard? hath it not been told you from the beginning? have ye not understood from the foundations of the earth? The Sun is what moves, not the earth Gen 15:12 – And when the sun was going down, a deep sleep fell upon Abram; and, lo, an horror of great darkness fell upon him. Gen 19:23 – The sun was risen upon the earth when Lot entered into Zoar. Gen 32:31 – And as he passed over Penuel the sun rose upon him, and he halted upon his thigh. Mat 5:45 – That ye may be the children of your Father which is in heaven: for he maketh his sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust. Eph 4:26 – Be ye angry, and sin not: let not the sun go down upon your wrath: Jas 1:11 – For the sun is no sooner risen with a burning heat, Both the sun and the moon have their own source of light6 Gen 1:16 – And God made two great lights; the greater light to rule the day, and the lesser light to rule the night: he made the stars also. Isa 13:10 – For the stars of heaven and the constellations thereof shall not give their light: the sun shall be darkened in his going forth, and the moon shall not cause her light to shine. Isa 30:26 – Moreover the light of the moon shall be as the light of the sun, and the light of the sun shall be sevenfold, as the light of seven days, in the day that the LORD bindeth up the breach of his people, and healeth the stroke of their wound. Jer 31:35 – Thus saith the LORD, which giveth the sun for a light by day, and the ordinances of the moon and of the stars for a light by night, which divideth the sea when the waves thereof roar; The LORD of hosts is his name: Eze 32:7 – And when I shall put thee out, I will cover the heaven, and make the stars thereof dark; I will cover the sun with a cloud, and the moon shall not give her light. Mat 24:29 – Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken: The earth has ends (boundaries); this isn’t possible on a ball, as there is no end to it. Job 38:13 – That it might take hold of the ends of the earth,7 that the wicked might be shaken out of it? Pro 17:24 – Wisdom is before him that hath understanding; but the eyes of a fool are in the ends of the earth. Pro 30:4 – Who hath ascended up into heaven, or descended? who hath gathered the wind in his fists? who hath bound the waters in a garment? who hath established all the ends of the earth? what is his name, and what is his son’s name, if thou canst tell? Isa 5:26 – And he will lift up an ensign to the nations from far, and will hiss unto them from the end of the earth: and, behold, they shall come with speed swiftly: Isa 26:15 – Thou hast increased the nation, O LORD, thou hast increased the nation: thou art glorified: thou hadst removed it far unto all the ends of the earth. Isa 40:28 – Hast thou not known? hast thou not heard, that the everlasting God, the LORD, the Creator of the ends of the earth, fainteth not, neither is weary? there is no searching of his understanding. Isa 41:9 – Thou whom I have taken from the ends of the earth, and called thee from the chief men thereof, and said unto thee, Thou art my servant; I have chosen thee, and not cast thee away. Isa 42:10 – Sing unto the LORD a new song, and his praise from the end of the earth, ye that go down to the sea, and all that is therein; the isles, and the inhabitants thereof. The earth is a circle; not a sphere or ball. Isa 40:22 – It is he that sitteth upon the circle of the earth, This is the go-to proof-text of all Bible believers who accept the modern cosmological view of the earth as a sphere, suspended in an infinite space. But this is debunked by Scripture because the word “circle” in this verse is translated from the Hebrew word hug, which does not mean “ball” or “sphere,” it literally means compass.8 The Hebrew word for ball, which appears once in the KJB in Isa 22:18, is sanballat–not even remotely the same–which means “roundabout.” Is a ball circular? Yes. Does that mean a circle is spherical? No! Scripture speaks of “the length and breadth of the earth,” which isn’t possible on a ball. Gen 13:17 – Arise, walk through the land in the length of it and in the breadth of it (the earth); for I will give it unto thee. Rev 20:9 – And they went up on the breadth of the earth, and compassed the camp of the saints about, and the beloved city: and fire came down from God out of heaven, and devoured them. The Lord’s second coming to the earth. In Matthew 24:30, it says that “all the tribes of the earth” are going to see “the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven….” How will this be possible on a globe? Acts 20:24 But none of these things move me, neither count I my life dear unto myself, so that I might finish my course with joy, and the ministry, which I have received of the Lord Jesus, to testify the gospel of the grace of God. Acts 20:32 And now, brethren, I commend you to God, and to the word of his grace, which is able to build you up, and to give you an inheritance among all them which are sanctified. LETTERS OF PAUL : GRACE Romans 1:5 By whom we have received grace and apostleship, for obedience to the faith among all nations, for his name: Romans 1:7 To all that be in Rome, beloved of God, called to be saints: Grace to you and peace from God our Father, and the Lord Jesus Christ. Romans 3:24 Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus: Romans 4:4 Now to him that worketh is the reward not reckoned of grace, but of debt. Romans 5:15 But not as the offence, so also is the free gift. For if through the offence of one many be dead, much more the grace of God, and the gift by grace, which is by one man, Jesus Christ, hath abounded unto many. But where sin abounded, grace did much more abound: Romans 5:21 That as sin hath reigned unto death, even so might grace reign through righteousness unto eternal life by Jesus Christ our Lord. THE SIMPLICITY THAT IS IN CHRIST
Paul wrote: 2 Corinthians 11:3 But I fear, lest by any means, as the serpent beguiled Eve through his subtilty, so your minds should be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ. The Gospel of the cross is the power of God to save sinners: Romans 1:16 For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek. 1 Corinthians 1:18 For the preaching of the cross is to them that perish foolishness; but unto us which are saved it is the power of God. Man is a sinner in Adam. Man doesn’t want accept this truth: Romans 3:23 For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God; But man rejects this truth. Man has created thousands of religious systems. Still man cannot be righteous by any religion. Satan is blinding people. 2 Corinthians 11:14 And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light. 2 Corinthians 11:15 Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness; whose end shall be according to their works. 2 Corinthians 4:4 In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them. As long man refuses to believe the word of truth, he stays blind and unsaved. Satan is the “god” of this world. The Scripture is very clear. All have sinned. All are guilty. Romans 6:23 For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. God wills people saved. 1 Timothy 2:3 For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour; 4 Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth. Man creates religious systems that will avoid the cross. But God ….. God saves sinners … Simply simple. Christ died for our sins, He was buried and rose again for our Justification. 1 Corinthians 15:1-4 Romans 4:25 Romans 5:1 Ephesians 2:8-9 Believe and Receive and then give thanks to God for His wonderful FREE GIFT. JESUS SENT PAULHave you read ACTS 9 KJB ?
I am asking because in 40 years of Pentecostalism I used to read and re-read Acts 2,but to my memory never paid much attention to Acts 9 when Saul of Tarsus meets The Risen Christ. Let us read it together: Acts 9:1 And Saul, yet breathing out threatenings and slaughter against the disciples of the Lord, went unto the high priest, Acts 9:2 And desired of him letters to Damascus to the synagogues, that if he found any of this way, whether they were men or women, he might bring them bound unto Jerusalem. Acts 9:3 And as he journeyed, he came near Damascus: and suddenly there shined round about him a light from heaven: Acts 9:4 And he fell to the earth, and heard a voice saying unto him, Saul, Saul, why persecutest thou me? Acts 9:5 And he said, Who art thou, Lord? And the Lord said, I am Jesus whom thou persecutest: it is hard for thee to kick against the pricks. Acts 9:6 And he trembling and astonished said, Lord, what wilt thou have me to do? And the Lord said unto him, Arise, and go into the city, and it shall be told thee what thou must do. Galatians 1:8-9 But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed. As we said before, so say I now again, If any man preach any other gospel unto you than that ye have received, let him be accursed. 29. Galatians 1:11-12 But I certify you, brethren, that the gospel which was preached of me is not after man. For I neither received it of man, neither was I taught it, but by the revelation of Jesus Christ. 30. Galatians 1:15-16 But when it pleased God, who separated me from my mother’s womb, and called me by his grace, To reveal his Son in me, that I might preach him among the heathen; immediately I conferred not with flesh and blood: 31. Galatians 2:2 And I went up by revelation, and communicated unto them that gospel which I preach among the Gentiles, but privately to them which were of reputation, lest by any means I should run, or had run, in vain. 32. Galatians 2:6 But of these who seemed to be somewhat, (whatsoever they were, it maketh no matter to me: God accepteth no man’s person:) for they who seemed to be somewhat in conference added nothing to me: 33. Galatians 2:7 But contrariwise, when they saw that the gospel of the uncircumcision was committed unto me, as the gospel of the circumcision was unto Peter; 34. Galatians 2:8 (For he that wrought effectually in Peter to the apostleship of the circumcision, the same was mighty in me toward the Gentiles:) 35. Galatians 2:9 And when James, Cephas, and John, who seemed to be pillars, perceived the grace that was given unto me, they gave to me and Barnabas the right hands of fellowship; that we should go unto the heathen, and they unto the circumcision. 36. Ephesians 1:1 Paul, an apostle of Jesus Christ by the will of God, to the saints which are at Ephesus, and to the faithful in Christ Jesus: 37. Ephesians 3:1-2 For this cause I Paul, the prisoner of Jesus Christ for you Gentiles, If ye have heard of the dispensation of the grace of God which is given me to you-ward: 38. Ephesians 3:3 How that by revelation he made known unto me the mystery; (as I wrote afore in few words, 39. Ephesians 3:7 Whereof I was made a minister, according to the gift of the grace of God given unto me by the effectual working of his power. 40. Ephesians 3:8-9 Unto me, who am less than the least of all saints, is this grace given, that I should preach among the Gentiles the unsearchable riches of Christ; And to make all men see what is the fellowship of the mystery, which from the beginning of the world hath been hid in God, who created all things by Jesus Christ: 41. Colossians 1:1 Paul, an apostle of Jesus Christ by the will of God, and Timotheus our brother, 42. Colossians 1:24-25 Who now rejoice in my sufferings for you, and fill up that which is behind of the afflictions of Christ in my flesh for his body’s sake, which is the church: Whereof I am made a minister, according to the dispensation of God which is given to me for you, to fulfil the word of God; Even the mystery which hath been hid from ages and from generations, but now is made manifest to his saints: 43. 2 Thessalonians 3:9 Not because we have not power, but to make ourselves an ensample unto you to follow us. 44. 1 Timothy 1:1 Paul, an apostle of Jesus Christ by the commandment of God our Saviour, and Lord Jesus Christ, which is our hope; 45. 1 Timothy 1:11 According to the glorious gospel of the blessed God, which was committed to my trust. 46. 1 Timothy 1:15 This is a faithful saying, and worthy of all acceptation, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners; of whom I am chief. 47. 1 Timothy 1:16 Howbeit for this cause I obtained mercy, that in me first Jesus Christ might shew forth all longsuffering, for a pattern to them which should hereafter believe on him to life everlasting. 48. 1 Timothy 2:7 Whereunto I am ordained a preacher, and an apostle, (I speak the truth in Christ, and lie not;) a teacher of the Gentiles in faith and verity. 49. 2 Timothy 1:1 Paul, an apostle of Jesus Christ by the will of God, according to the promise of life which is in Christ Jesus, 50. 2 Timothy 1:11 Whereunto I am appointed a preacher, and an apostle, and a teacher of the Gentiles. 51. 2 Timothy 2:8 Remember that Jesus Christ of the seed of David was raised from the dead according to my gospel: 52. Titus 1:2-3 In hope of eternal life, which God, that cannot lie, promised before the world began; But hath in due times manifested his word through preaching, which is committed unto me according to the commandment of God our Saviour; THEY LIE...We live in a present evil world Galatians 1:4 Who gave himself for our sins, that he might deliver us from this present evil world, according to the will of God and our Father: Satan is the "god" of this present evil world 2 Corinthians 4:4 In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them. Satan is a liar and the father of lies John 8:44 Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it. Satan preaches another Gospel, another Jesus another Spirit and has ministers that do that . 2 Corinthians 11:14 And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light. 15 Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness; whose end shall be according to their works. The word of truth can be found only in the King James Holy Bible Psalms 119:43 And take not the word of truth utterly out of my mouth; for I have hoped in thy judgments. 2 Corinthians 6:7 By the word of truth, by the power of God, by the armour of righteousness on the right hand and on the left, Ephesians 1:13 In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise, 2 Timothy 2:15 Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth. James 1:18 Of his own will begat he us with the word of truth, that we should be a kind of firstfruits of his creatures. Sadly and tragically the Denominations of men have abandoned the Preserved Pure words of God and instead of following Paul to follow Christ as we are commanded, they preach a sort of Messianic Judaism and by large they do not study the word of Truth rightly Divided. 1 Corinthians 4:16 Wherefore I beseech you, be ye followers of me. 1 Corinthians 11:1 Be ye followers of me, even as I also am of Christ. 2 Timothy 2:15 Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.
Ephesians 1:6 To the praise of the glory of his grace, wherein he hath made us accepted in the beloved. In the religious world they invite you "to accept Jesus into your heart." You, the sinner, haven't got that power. You have a wicked heart. Jeremiah 17:9-10 The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked: who can know it? I the LORD search the heart, I try the reins, even to give every man according to his ways, and according to the fruit of his doings. Ecclesiastes 2:16 For there is no remembrance of the wise more than of the fool for ever; seeing that which now is in the days to come shall all be forgotten. And how dieth the wise man? as the fool. Ecclesiastes 4:5 The fool foldeth his hands together, and eateth his own flesh. Ecclesiastes 6:8 For what hath the wise more than the fool? what hath the poor, that knoweth to walk before the living? Ecclesiastes 7:6 For as the crackling of thorns under a pot, so is the laughter of the fool: this also is vanity.
Psalms 144:4
Man is like to vanity: his days are as a shadow that passeth away. Isaiah 40:17 All nations before him are as nothing; and they are counted to him less than nothing, and vanity. Isaiah 40:21 Have ye not known? have ye not heard? hath it not been told you from the beginning? have ye not understood from the foundations of the earth? 22 It is he that sitteth upon the circle of the earth, and the inhabitants thereof are as grasshoppers; that stretcheth out the heavens as a curtain, and spreadeth them out as a tent to dwell in:23 That bringeth the princes to nothing; he maketh the judges of the earth as vanity.
IF we live life without GOD we have wasted the greatest opportunity to be saved and sealed in Christ eternally.
IF we reject the FREE GIFT of GOD we have no hope for eternity but we will be thrown in THE LAKE OF FIRE with the DEVIL and his fallen angels and all the lost souls of all ages. Once you understand how VAIN and LOST YOU ARE and BELIEVE and RECEIVE THE GOSPEL OF CHRIST,GOD will save you and seal you eternally and you will go to be eternally in HEAVENLY PLACES with CHRIST.
